The Done With You service is for those that want the best of both worlds. They want to be able to get the answers themselves but they'd also like access to additional guidance as well. You'll get our comprehensive training video, meeting template, and two, one-hour consulting sessions. One prior to your meeting with the city and one after. Once purchased, you will receive an email with the download links for your convenience. We will then reach out to you to schedule your two consulting sessions. The Done For You service is for those that value time just as much as expertise. We facilitate the all meetings with the jurisdiction ourselves and then provide you with a highly detailed report identifying a clear pathway to maximizing opportunities and limiting constraints. Once purchased, we will contact you to obtain the specific property related information. Be aware, that although rare, additional jurisdictional fees may apply.
